3rd season of Korean sitcom "High Kick" to air this fall

The new season of MBC's smash-hit sitcom "High Kick" will hit airwaves this fall, according to the show's production company Chorokbaem on Monday.
Chorokbaem announced in a press release that the Korean sitcom is scheduled to air sometime this fall while casting for the show will take place from March till April.
The company went onto explain that director Kim Byung-wook, who has helmed the previous first two seasons of "High Kick," will produce the upcoming sitcom although they have yet to set an official name for the show.
"We have been discussing the terms of production for 'High Kick' since last year and recently finalized the details," an official from Chorokbaem was quoted as saying. "We are pressured since the sitcom has brought in high viewership ratings in the past so we will work hard to produce a great show."
The "High Kick" series became widely popular throughout the country between 2006 and 2007 and the second season, which ran for six months starting September 2009, was a success as well.
Both seasons of the sitcom scored viewership ratings in the high 20 percent range while making household names of the stars of show including Jung Il-woo, Kim Hye-seong, Hwang Jung-eum, Yoon Si-yoon and Choi Daniel.
