KBS drama ¡°Dream High¡± has beat out its competitors in the Mondays and Tuesdays primetime slot for the sixth week, according to surveys by major media research firms on Wednesday.

The drama about the lives and dreams of six teenagers who wish to debut on stage someday, reported an average viewership rating of 16.8 percent on Total National Multimedia Research¡¯s (TNmS) chart and 17.7 percent on AGB Nielsen Media Research¡¯s (AGB) poll, showing no change in overall figures from last week.

In this week¡¯s episode, Baek-hee (Eunjung) reveals to the media the truth behind Jin-guk¡¯s (Taecyeon) assault of the boss of their talent agency -- that he was saving her from being sexually abused -- therefore saving his honor. In the process, she also reconciles with her long-lost friend Hye-mi (Suzy).

Meanwhile the three, along with Sam-dong (Kim Soo-hyun), Pil-sook (IU) and Jason (Wooyoung) form a six-member group named ¡°Dream High¡± but the former scandal continues to stand in their way of making a TV debut.

SBS¡¯ spy thriller ¡°Athena,¡± which aired its final episode on Monday, wrapped up its series with a viewership rating of 12.4 percent on TNmS' poll and 13.3 percent on AGB¡¯s survey.

The 20-part series starring Jung Woo-sung, Soo Ae, Cha Seung-won and E Ji-ah gained much attention from the beginning as Korea¡¯s spin-off drama to smash hit KBS series ¡°IRIS.¡±

In the last episode, agents of the National Anti-Terror Service (NTS) successfully prevent global terror group Athena from destroying a high-tech nuclear reactor but it costs many lives including NTS agent Jae-hee (E) who dies, shot by Athena's leader Sohn Hyuk (Cha) and Sohn by his former subordinate Hye-in (Soo Ae). Jung-woo (Lee) later heads to New Zealand and meets with Hye-in.

MBC¡¯s historical series ¡°The Duo¡± came in third, marking an average viewership rating of 11.9 percent on TNmS report and 13.7 percent on AGB¡¯s chart, also posting unchanged figures from the previous week.

In this week¡¯s episodes, noble boy Gwi-dong (Choi Woo-sik) and pauper boy Chun-dung (Noh Young-hak) promise to become best friends despite their differences in status but Mak-soon (Yoon Yoo-sun) who switched them at birth, tells Gwi-dong never to see Chun-dung again, afraid that her secret may become exposed.

Meanwhile, Song Cho-gi (Kang Shin-il) who was planning to head to the capital city of Hanyang to present a letter of appeal to the king, gets killed by an assassin.

SBS¡¯ new series ¡°Midas,¡± which kicked off on Tuesday after "Athena," posted a viewership rating of 8.4 percent and 11.5 percent on TNmS¡¯ and AGB¡¯s chart, respectively.

Starring Jang Hyuk, Kim Hee-ae, Lee Min-jung and No Min-woo, the drama deals with money, ambition and true meaning of life through the eyes of young and ambitious laywer Kim Do-hyun (Jang) who gets hired as a family lawyer to the enormously rich Yoo Pil-sang¡¯s (Kim Sung-gyeom) family.
