Korean actors Lee Jun-hyuk, Lee Jong-suk and Seo Hy-rim are gearing up for their acting debuts in Japan, according to their agency Wellmade STARM on Thursday.

Their agency revealed that the three actors spoke about branching out into Japan at a press conference held in Tokyo of Japan on March 2 to celebrate the establishment of Wellmade STARM's subsidiary company in the country.

"We have plans for our agency's actors to expand their careers into Japan through entertainment programs, dramas and participating in soundtracks," an official from Wellmade was quoted as saying.

The three actors will also return to the country for a fan meeting on April 19 along with actor Kim Seung-woo and actress Ha Ji-won, who were able to take part in the press conference yesterday.

A broadcasting official explained that Kim Seung-woo and the other celebrities of Wellmade are quite popular in the country, while adding that he expects Ha Ji-won and Lee Jong-suk's popularity to increase after "Secret Garden" begins its run there in April.

"I have already visited Japan ten times already and I really want to be a part of a movie or a drama," Lee Jun-hyuk was quoted as saying. "I like Japanese singers Mika Nakashima and Namie Amuro and I hope to sing their songs at our fan meeting next month."

Lee Jun-hyuk made his debut in the 2006 with a role in Korean group Typhoon's music video "I Will Wait." He has since been in a number of dramas and movies including "Three Brothers (KBS, 2010)" and will star in the upcoming SBS series "City Hunter" alongside Lee Min-ho and Park Min-young.

Lee Jong-suk has played the role of Lee Woo-hyun in the hit SBS TV series "Princess Prosecutor" last year and became a household name after taking on the role of Sun in the popular drama "Secret Garden."

Seo made her debut in the KBS drama "When Spring Comes" in 2007. She has also been an emcee for KBS' televised music program "Music Bank" opposite Song Joong-ki and starred in the historical drama "SungKyunKwan Scandal" last year.
