Park Bom's solo track "DON'T CRY" [YG Entertainment]

K-pop idol Park Bom of girl group 2NE1 has topped various online real-time music charts with her latest song, according to the respective websites today.

Park's song "DON'T CRY," released with its full-length music video today, took the No. 1 spot on the online music charts of Naver, MelOn, Dosirak, Mnet, Soribada, Daum, Monkey 3 and Bugs today.

"DON'T CRY" is the first track revealed from 2NE1's upcoming mini-album which will be composed of a total of six songs. The girls will promote all six songs while revealing a new track every three weeks.

The quartet will then wrap-up their promotional events for the new album in late August with their first concert and focus on their singing debut in the music market in Japan the following month.

Making her debut in four-member girl group 2NE1 in May 2009, Park Bom and her members are well-known for their score of hit songs including "Fire," "I Don't Care" and "Try to Follow Me."

The girls made a successful comeback to the music scene in September of last year with their first full-length album "To Anyone."

Outside of her group activities, Park Bom has released her first solo album "You And I" in October 2009 and has lent her vocals for song "OH YEAH" for labelmates GD&T.O.P.
