Korean boy band BEAST [Cube Entertainment]

Korean idols BEAST have decided to tour Asia for the first time, visiting several countries in the region starting July, according to their agency Cube Entertainment.

"The boys are scheduled to perform in a number of countries in Asia for their fan meeting tour which will kick off in July," a PR official from Cube told 10Asia over the phone on Friday. "We will announce when and where they will be going to at a later date."

She then explained that the tour will be similar to their previous fan events and concerts where they will take the stage for a number of their songs and talk with fans.

The official also said that the boys will be making their comeback to the local music scene with a new album although declining to reveal further details on the upcoming release. "We will unveil more information about BEAST's comeback next Monday."

Composed of members Du-jun, Hyun-seung, Yo-seop, Dong-woon, Gi-kwang and Jun-hyung, BEAST made their debut in October 2009 with their first mini-album “"BEAST IS THE B2ST" and has since produced hit songs such as “Bad Girl,” “Shock" and “Soom.”

They held their first solo concert in December last year followed by their encore show in February this year as well as holding their first official fan meeting with their fan club "B2UTY" which attracted over 5,000 local and international fans.
