Korean singer BoA with fellow "COBU 3D" co-stars [BoA's official Twitter website]

Korean songstress BoA has revealed a picture of herself on the set of her first Hollywood movie.

In the picture uploaded on her Twitter account earlier today, BoA is seen smiling while sitting next to her co-stars including American actor and dancer Derek Hough from their upcoming movie titled "COBU 3D" with a comment below saying, "We are shooting on the big stage today! Everyone is here."

In August of last year, SM announced that BoA was set to make her acting debut in Hollywood as the female lead in the dance pic opposite America's popular dance program "Dancing with the Stars" three-time winner Derek Hough.

"COBU 3D," helmed by famed director Duane Adler who previously penned "Step Up" (2006) and "Save the Last Dance" (2001), tells the story of two dancers (played by BoA and Hough) who grow up in different environments and meet each other at an underground club in New York.

The dance flick, scheduled to open in theaters early next year, will also be co-produced by CJ Entertainment, SM Entertainment and Robert Cort, who had worked with Adler on "Dance" and has produced over 50 films including "Jumanji" (1995) and "Runaway Bride" (1999).

Known as the first Korean artist to make a major breakthrough in the Japanese music industry, the 23-year-old singer has placed numerous singles atop the prestigious Oricon charts while having released several albums in the country.

BoA also made her debut into the U.S. music scene early last year and most recently promoted her repackaged sixth album "Copy&Paste."
