Girl grou Secret [TS Entertainment]

Popular girl group Secret will head to Japan next week for their first showcase in the country, according to their agency TS Entertainment on Friday.

An official at the group’s agency TS Entertainment said the showcase will be held at a shopping center in the Harajuku district of Tokyo on July 6.

"Madonna," originally the title track to the group’s second mini-album in Korea, will be the girls' debut song in Japan "since it's the tune that is most well known in Korea as well as in Japan," the official explained.

The girls had released the music video for the Japanese version of “Madonna” in mid-June while their first Japanese album is set for release on August 3.

Secret, composed of members, Jun Hyo-seong, Han Sun-hwa, Song Ji-eun and Zinger, debuted in October 2009 with their digital single, “I Want You Back” and has since produced other hit songs such as “Magic" and “Shy Boy” and most recently, “Moonlight Starlight” which was unveiled early last month.
