Park Yuchun's fan meeting in Thailand [Official 411 Entertainment website]

Korean idol Park Yuchun of boy band JYJ will hold a fan meeting in Thailand this month, according to the event promoter's 411 Entertainment on Thursday.

The official website of 411 revealed that Park will be in the country for his meet-and-greet titled "Park Yuchun Exclusive Fan Meeting in Thailand : a date with Yuchun" set to take place at Impact Hall 3, Muang Thong Thani in Bangkok on September 17.

"Park Yuchun has been in a Korean soap ‘Sungkyunkwan Scandal’ which is very well received in Thailand," 411 C.E.O Chalermchai Mahagitsiri was quoted as saying.

"He also has just started another soap, ‘Miss Ripley’ and has scheduled to come to meet Thai fans this September. This will be Park Yuchun, first Fan meeting and Thailand is the first and only place for the event this year."

Park returned to the local music scene as part of the trio JYJ in October of last year. The group embarked on a world tour for two months where they visited several Asia countries, the United States and Canada.

Outside of his group activities, Park expanded his career into acting and starred in KBS' series "SungKyunKwan Scandal" and recently finished shooting his second drama "Miss Ripley."
