Poster for BEAST's encore concert to open in local theaters [Cube Entertainment]

Top Korean boy band BEAST's encore concert in Korea will be shown in movie format in local theaters later this month.

Their agency Cube Entertainment announced in a press release on Wednesday that BEAST's encore concert "Welcome Back to Beast Airline" which took place in Seoul in February of last year, will open in local theaters in 3D starting February 23.

The movie version of their concert will include never-before-seen footage of them backstage and rehearsing as well as making of the video shots.

It will also include their powerful dance numbers "Shock," "Soom," "Beautiful," "Mystery" and their duo unit performances.

Meanwhile, the DVD version of "Welcome Back to Beast Airline" has ranked in second place on Oricon's daily DVD chart upon its release in Japan.

BEAST, composed of members Du-jun, Yo-seop, Hyun-seung, Gi-kwang, Jun-hyun and Dong-woon, is currently on their world tour "BEAUTIFUL SHOW" which kicked off in Seoul last weekend.

They are also set to visit Berlin in Germany on February 12 and will take their show to Spain, the U.S., Japan, Thailand, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Hong Kong and the Philippines.
