Poster to SM Entertainment's "I AM.: SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR in Madison Square Garden" [SM Entertainment]

Top Korean talenthouse SM Entertainment’s joint concert, held in New York in October last year, will be premiered in theaters in two months time.

On Wednesday, SM announced that the movie version of SMTOWN's concert in New York titled "I AM.: SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR in Madison Square Garden" will be played in local theaters this May.

It will feature their concert performances at the prestigious Madison Square Garden in Manhattan on October 23 of last year which attracted over 15,000 fans.

The concert made a positive record as foreign artists bringing their music to New York and the story was covered by top foreign press including The New York Times, New York Daily, Sankei Sports and MTV.

The movie will also include behind-the-scene footage from their New York show, daily photographs and confessions and interviews of the artists -- Kangta, BoA, TVXQ, Super Junior, Girls' Generation, SHINee and f(x) -- regarding their years as trainees.

In the meantime, SM released the official movie poster and first trailer for "I AM.: SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR in Madison Square Garden" today.
