Female idol group A PINK is poised to make their comeback to the local music scene later this month after releasing a track from the upcoming album next week.

The group's official website has put up a poster counting down days till next Thursday, a day which marks A PINK's one year anniversary of debut, and will reveal a track from the forthcoming release through local music distribution websites.

"We've decided to unleash a track in advance as a way of saying thanks to their fans," an official from the agency A Cube Entertainment told 10Asia in a phone interview on Thursday.

The official explained that A PINK recently wrapped up shooting their album's cover and the members are now prepping to return to the scene as soon as possible.

However, their comeback date and which televised program the girls will make their comeback on have yet to be announced.

A PINK -- comprised of Son Na-eun, Yun Bo-mi, Park Cho-rong, Oh Hah-yeong, Kim Nam-ju and Hong Yu-kyeong-- made their debut with the first album “Seven Springs of A PINK” in April last year.
