Poster of JYP Entertainment's "FAN's Day" to be held in Seoul from August 3 to 5[JYPE]

Korea's talent agency JYP Entertainment (JYPE) is holding a free fan event in return to fans' support towards its affiliated artists.

Starting August 3, JYPE will host first-ever free fan event dubbed "FAN's Day," at the Platoon Kunsthalle in Seoul for three days.

The forthcoming event will present exhibitions of fans' art works, stage costumes, pictures and videos of JYPE artists as well as a dance contest.

"We've decided to host the special event as way to express our appreciation and get closer to people who support JYPE," a PR official said in the statement.

Founded in 1997 by famed singer and producer Park Jin-young, JYPE engages in different areas in the entertainment business including music production, new artist recruitment, training and management.

The company also manages the careers of its C.E.O and singer Park Jin-young, 2PM, 2AM, the Wonder Girls, miss A, San-E, JOO and rookie group JJ Project.
