The Wonder Girls enjoys big start with Japanese debut album

Korean idol group the Wonder Girls is on a smooth start in expanding their activities into Japan.
The group¡¯s first Japanese debut album, ¡°Nobody for Everybody¡± sat at No. 7 on Oricon¡¯s daily album chart on July 24, according to Oricon's official website.
The record is consisted of five songs including "Nobody" recorded in three different languages--Japanese, Korean, English. The girls also listed their lovely dance tune ¡°Be My Baby¡± and romantic ballad number ¡°Saying I love you,¡± the re-recorded version from the original.
After releasing the album on July 25, they held Premier Live for their fans at Cotton Club in Tokyo Thursday.
The ¡°Like This¡± singers are now getting ready for the 2012 JYP Nation in Japan cocert opening at the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan on august 18 and 19, with their labelmates 2PM, 2AM, miss A, and rookie group JJ Project.
Wonder Girls--composed of Yubin, Yenny, Sun, Sohee, and Lim--has brought a retro sensation with their smash-hit retro dance tunes since debuting in 2007, such as ¡°Tell me,¡± ¡°So Hot,¡± and ¡°Nobody."
After the long stay in the United States for their music activities and starring in a TV show, the Wonder Girls returned to the local music scene last November with the second full-length album "Wonder World."
The songstresses are currently promoting "Like This," the title tune of their second mini-album "Wonder Party," released last month while keeping their act in America with digital single "LIke Money," featuring famous hip-hop artist Akon.
