Limited DVD edition of director Lee Yong-ju's romance pic "Architecture 101" is soon to hit stores next week.

The nostalgia-inducing film is to be produced into a special edition DVD and go on sale on September 19, according to Seoul-based distribution firm Lotte Entertainment's press release Wednesday.

The movie has already been made into a rental-only DVD last month and the new two-disk package is to include the whole process behind Lee's production and effort in one of the largest grossing homegrown romance film here.

The officials said the DVD also features individual interviews of the four main cast members--miss A's Bae Suzy, actress Han Ga-in, actors Lee Je-hoon and Uhm Tae-woong.

"Architecture 101" is unquestionably one of the biggest box-office hits in the first half of the year.

The film's success was predictable as it raked in over 30 billion Korean Won [$26.6 million] since opening in theaters on March 22, 2012.

Reigniting the 1990s throwback fever, the Bae Suzy and Lee Je-hoon starrer put the Korean band Exhibition’s “Etude of Memory”" back in the top spot on online music charts as well.

Additionally, Bae and Lee were both nominated at the 48th Baeksang Arts Awards and Bae won the Best New Actress award of the year.

In June, "Architecture 101" was chosen as the closing pic of the 2012 Shanghai International Film Awards and Han walked the red carpet alongside the director and Lee for promotion.
