KOEN Group, comedian Yoo Sae-yoon and TV personality Hyuen Young’s management firm, has taken over TN Media.

The merger between two of the most famous talent agencies for producing medians and TV personalities came on September 17, KOEN Group announced Tuesday.

“I appreciate TN Media C.E.O Noh Jin-young for making such a difficult decision. We have been trying to build an organized management system that will take the best care of our stars and discover new talents,” KOEN’s C.E.O Ahn In-bae was quoted as saying in a statement sent Tuesday.

“I am sure our firm will grow to become a top-notch entertainment company to produce competitive contents and Korean stars," he added.

KOEN Group is the paren company of the star management firm KOEN STARS and TV program production firm KOEN MEDIA. The agency manages the careers of named Korean celebrities including Yoo Sae-yoon, Hyuen Young, Ji Sang-ryul, Kim Na-young, and Park Kyung-rim.

TN Media, which now belongs to KOEN, also holds an impressive lineup of TV personalities including Boom, Shin Bong-sun, Cho Hye-ryun, Kim Ji-sun, and MBC’s historic series “Moosin” heroin Kim Gyu-ri.
