SBS “KPOP STAR” runner-up Lee Hi has set an unprecedented feat by taking first place on Mnet’s music show as a rookie singer.

Lee’s “1, 2, 3, 4” clinched its first win on Mnet’s “M!CountDown” last evening, holding off the previous winner K.will’s “Please Don’t….”

"I'd like to thank my family and fans for their support and faith in me... and my boss [YG Entertainment's C.E.O Yang Hyun-suk]. You're the best!" Lee revealed her excitement after receiving the trophy.

Since releasing "1, 2, 3, 4" on October 29, Lee has been ruling Gaon singles chart and other major music charts in Korea with the soulful song.

Additionally, Lee's debut single has gotten its No. 1 title on Billboard K-pop Hot 100 Chart, according to Billboard's website as of Friday morning.

Meanwhile, last evening’s show also featured performances of miss A, Epik High, K.will, Kim Jong-kook, Primary, Byul and B.A.P.
