The eighth Jecheon International Music and Film Festival, which has 100 movies and 50 musicians invited from Korea and abroad in the lineup, kicked off its seven-day run with musical “Moby Dick” in Jecheon, North Chungcheong Province, South Korea on august 9, 2012.

With actress Lee Yoon-ji hosting the ceremony, promotional ambassadors Kim Dong-wook and Kang Yea-won, actress and director Ku Hye-sun attended the opening event.

Lighting up the evening was "Coffee Prince" actress Yoon Eun-hye, actors Choi Woo-shik, "Unbowed" actor Ahn Sung-ki, "Gentleman's Dignity" actor Kim Woo-bin, who all appeared on the carpet to watch the grand opening with the musical.
